The story so far. 3 days in and the The Dragon has been as savage as I expected. Dropped out of the main race yesterday and am now on the Hatchling. Incredible event. 3 days to go 🐉🏃🏻‍♂️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿💙🗻

Made it to Cardiff from Conwy as a Hatchling not a Dragon. An incredible week with some unbelievable athletes. 6 days of running. 220km run. 10,000 metres of ascent. £7.5k raised for charity.  Fear of heights conquered. The toughest week of running. Fortitudine Vincimus

Everybody wants the view but no one wants the climb. This year will be remembered by me as the year that I conquered my fear of heights. Once you face those fears new worlds will open up to you.
