A sneak peek at the new song we will be learning on Monday! Our termly value is self-confidence. We can be confident that God loves us just as we are. Each one of us is a 'masterpiece!'. 💪🙏🎶🧑‍🎓🏫 Confidence Kidlife CLC youtu.be/J7SY-C5bwjE?si… via YouTube

Years 4, 5 and 6 were lucky enough to be visited by members of the Cadishead Training Band who performed a concert and even completed a fantastic workshop working on rhythm and buzzing. Thank you to all the players! #SJTWMusic

Thank you Irlam & Cadishead Academy for inviting us for an Expressive Arts day! Year 5 loved singing sea shanties in music, creating bugs in textiles, collage in art and then performing in drama! #SJTWY5

Thank you to all children from #SJTWY3 who spent a fantastic transition day in #SJTWY4. We had a wonderful day with a Maths game, some poetry, two #SJTWScience experiments and even met the class pet, Timmy the Tortoise. Can't wait until you're all officially Year 4 in September!

Today year 1 focused on the book “If I were a prime minister” in line with the general election. The children were very enthusiastic about the rules they could put in place, if they were Prime Minister! 🗳️ 📖 @SJTWy1

Without the Holy Spirit, the Church is lifeless, faith is only doctrine, morality merely a duty, and pastoral work just toil. Yet, with the Spirit, faith is life, God’s love inflames our hearts, and hope is born once again.

Nursery and Reception had a very exciting visitor today, CSI Steve. He came to solve the crime of the messy home corner. We enjoyed printing our fingerprints and looking through the magnifying glasses to check if our fingerprints had an arch, whirl or loop pattern. #SJTW_Irlam

The Lord made us for the joy of Heaven. Our life is not a meaningless journey, but a project of love. Life is a pilgrimage that leads us, day by day, to the encounter with Him and to the endless joy that He has prepared for us.
