Our first full week is in the books and we already saw some pretty significant jumps in our exit velos and average exit velos this week after only a couple of days into our bat speed training. We should have more guys joining the 100 MPH Club soon!! #PROCESS

Our pitchers are getting introduced to some new movements today. Some days we use CVB but today we are using the Vertimax so we can do this in masses. Pitchers have been screened and grouped by Aerial or Terrestrial and doing exercises that best suit them.#PROCESS
