Can't believe we lost John Cassaday. The man is a Titan and left his mark on so much of my 2000's reading. Very sad to hear he's passed, but he'll always live on through his work.

Jason Aaron's Namor is SO good. Proof that Aaron will make amazing comics if you just let him work. I've been rereading some 60's Sub-Mariner recently and this new run fits so well with the character.

You're either understanding this comic, or you're enjoying this comic. No in-between. Department of Truth #25 is mind bending bendingly great. A whole hosts of guest artists this issue really tale you through a kaleidoscope of pages. Great stuff.

Taking some time to reflect with coffee & comics this morning. Great issue of ASM this week with a dynamic cover from Romita Jnr & Scott Hanna. I love the way that even the title card is reflected.
