I had no idea when we got our puppy how much I would be fishing random things out of our corgis mouth or repeatedly asking "what are you eating". Good thing she's cute.

To be honest I'm just here for the kitties.

At the doctors office & watched a mom & baby walk in coughing & hacking. Then overhear that they both likely have rsv. Mom chuckling about it. Secretary had to ask the mom to mask. My teen was very thankful she actually wore a mask today. 😬😳

Corgi owners... that moment when people tag you in random things because there is a 2 sec glimpse of a corgi in some 3 min long video. Or even better tag you in all the royal stuff. 🙄

Just finished writing 2 complaints regarding my mother's care in March 2022. One for palliative & one for the local pharmacy. Already wrote one for the hospital, which is ironic as my mom used to work for the QA dept there. She would be proud. It's just nuts how she was treated.

People watching is somewhat on point at hfx shopping center today. That makes shopping with the teen and her friends slightly less painful/boring.

I did this all day with my Dad...today was a good day. We are happy to have maple syrup this year. But the season will likely be short. Will be spending the whole weekend up in the sugar woods, hoping for some good runs.

Sun is shining, today's a good day to make maple syrup.

I successfully figured out how to get free care on the maple virtual care for my Dad today & got all his meds renewed for 6 months after getting the run around by MacQuarrie's. Like Lord dying Jesus, how hard does NS Healthcare have to be.

Witnessed a very enthusiastic not so secretive drug deal go down in Truro at a Tim's and any normal person would be like "OMG, that's horrible"...me to my daughter "OMG, that's a drug deal lmao that was awesome". #motheroftheyear

It's been over a year since Mom passed away, & I've started the process of going through her things because my Dad can't do it. Y'all I thought caregiving & holding her hand while she passed was the hard stuff. No one prepared me for this. It is hell on the ❤️ #fuckcancer

Just avoid Truro this weekend. Between this and the 102 construction it won't be a fun weekend to travel around in Colchester County.

This beer is good. They used our maple. My Dad is pretty happy and proud about that, and so are we. If you're near Serpent Brewing in the city, check it out.

My family is very fortunate to have these 2. ❤️ The one on the left Ryan 🎧, didn't want a dog, got one & now carries a 40lb corgi on his back. The one on the right didn't know he needed a grandpuppy, got one & now spoils her to death. Old softies.
