While I am not a fan of most chards: this stuff must be kept in stock. Exceptional value. http://wqtbm.tk
12 cloves garlic minced, sea salt, 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, pinch of cayenne. Put all in a non-stick pan, and broil hot 4 minutes.
Turn shrimp, and cook 4 minutes more. Plate over torn crusty day old french bread with fruit slices.
Pair with Eroica type Loosen rieslings, but my favorite is Karthauserhoff. (Use jumbo shrimp)
I need a great under 15usd retail bottle of viognier. I am weary of Sauv blancs, I hate bad chard, and I adore rieslings/gwztramnrs. Advice?
Our dinner decision...Grilled USDA Prime RibEyes, and two bottles of Red Car Syrah "All Night Radio" 2003. Grilled Asparagus, and Oysters
I want everyone to know the recipe for fried chicken in september's "Esquire" rocks. New Orleans based, and I added some sambal. It works
One more thing, Patrick Fox's view of Black Bart Syrah is dead on. Loved the stuff! I'd take it to a baren island: if it had a grill.
Mollydoor Boxer Vs. Red Car: Should dooker's boxer outclass car's pinot? No. Sarah Marquis layered a beauty, and the pairing was prime beef.
Sarah Mraquis has the best palette planet currently. She birthed "the boxer", and I will probably slobber over "Velvet Glove". God luv ya!!
Booking to pier 66 too. Bus loop late today. Nice idea Patrick.........yellow label afternoon? Magnum? Hope to see you poolside shortly.
I loved the cheeca too. We had a few GREAT DAYS there, no? I look forward to the party on the sandbar.
I suppose I did not make the tweetup registration final for the Kennedy Space Center tour. I got nothing via email, and I think today is it.
I am fond of those Newman Pretzels, and Orange Choc Chip Cookies.
The cranberry chutney is ready..............
Mastered a beef short rib inspired classic bolognaise (french style) over veal stuffed ravioli. Add truffle oil...........banging.
Merry Christmas to everyone, and we look forward to a Happy New Year!
USDA Prime New York Strip Steaks are perfectly marbled............
