This lot should last the winter!! They have started clearing the larch trees up the road from us.. A quick ring count of one showed it to be about 75+ years old. Planted just after WW2.

Today we have been to several churches to photograph some graves. Whilst at St. Matthew's Church in Borth two RAF Hawks (callsign NINJA) flew over as we were stood by this memorial to Plt Off Simon Tompkins. He died when his RAF Hawk aircraft crashed nearby in 1989. RIP.
