Reliance Digital I am trying to reach out to customer support via emails, 100s of times I've called the customer care number.No channel is alive. Aren't you aware that you need a decent alive customer support channel for the business to run.

I would never buy any product from Reliance Digital . Worst ever customer service. Their store processes are completely disconnected from online. Not worth to even consider as e-commerce site. No basic #customersupport. Returns are Impossible, speaking to CS agents is a miracle
