As part of the initial training provided to our Aerial Ladder Platform (ALP) operators, they are required to safely demonstrate a climb down from the cage that is 30m (98ft) in the air, only using the integral ladder. 🧑‍🚒

The Staffordshire Safer Roads Partnership regularly work with Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service to hold young driver workshops for college students. The workshops cover topics like essential vehicle maintenance and hazard perception to ensure the students are as safe as possible on the road✅
