DAY 1 'Raising awareness about Medication Safety' ‘Know, Check, Ask’ campaign and the ‘My Medicines’ list is being promoted by our Pharmacy dept. to encourage patients to play a more active role in their own care by asking questions about their medication. #WorldPatientSafetyDay

DAY 2 It can be difficult to fully understand how important vaccination is. Our wonderful nursing team communicating the importance of vaccination as safe, effective way to help prevent infection, avoid hospitalisation and reduce influenza related illness. #WorldPatientSAfetyDay

DAY 3 Pressure injury prevention (PIP) is an important area of patient safety. Encouraging patient participation in care plans to improve outcomes. #WorldPatientday2023 #WPSD2023 @IEHG

DAY 4 Educating patients can help their understanding of falls risks and empower them with prevention strategies. #WorldPatientSafetyDay2023 #WPSD2023
