Absolutely special to get invited to the Wiener Hofburg and meet the Austrian president. With the last ceremony for the medallists and athletes, that got an Olympic Diploma, the 2024 Olympic Games finally come to an end.

And a P6 for Adrian Stieger today! Not the easiest start into this week: We had to change our line-up completely just days before the Tour de l'Avenir, because 5 of our riders got ill....

Glycogen-depleted training does seem to increase signalling response for adaptation. However, recovery cost is higher and ⬆️ injury risk. Therefore, maybe a useful too if you're time limited, but otherwise focus on fuelling your training sessions so you can do more total hours

Epic final of this year's Tour de l'Avenir. Even tough we had to change 5 of the 6 riders just a few days before the start (due to covid) Philipp Hofbauer managed to secure a well-deserved top 20 in GC.
