Today, COSECSA team attended ECSA-HC Advisory Committee meeting comprising of Health Ministry Permanent Secretaries & reps from Eswatini, Malawi, Mauritius, Lesotho, & ECSA-HC Financial Advisor discussed achievements from last year & work plans for the upcoming financial year.

The MoH Officials asked about the college's role in curbing braindrain and its impact on patient outcomes. COSECSA now has 910 graduates, 1100+ trainees, 142 training sites, 744 trainers, 88.8% retention rate in the region, 500,000+ surgical procedures.
