Finding targeted treatments for brain tumours is essential if we are to improve treatment options for this devastating disease. So, we were delighted to be part of the conversation with Genomics England and other experts in the field about using genomics to improve cancer care.

The Scottish Medicines Consortium has approved dabrafenib & trametinib to treat childhood gliomas with a BRAF V600E mutation. This comes after its approval by NICE in England earlier this year. This important step helps improve equity of access in the UK bit.ly/4dSJMlX
