I feel bad for the families of dead and wounded in Texas. I also feel sorry for the families of #GovAbbott & #SenatorCRUZ, as I doubt that either man would mourn the loss of their own family member to gun violence. Their inaction goes beyond willful indifference to actual evil.

I am convinced that low pay results in workers unwilling to do the lifelong education that fields like law, accounting, banking, etc., require. If we cannot get our professional and managerial classes incentivized to learn, our economy will collapse due to “stupidification”.
