Dad was recently diagnosed with dementia. We knew it was there. The diagnosis validated what we knew. The relief the diagnosis has brought has been unexpected. Thank you to our amazing NHS & memory services. The assessment dad had was 💯 #dementia

I had a birthday this week, & a week off work, which always throws me into disarray. As I get older, & give myself permission to surrender to my natural most authentic state this card spoke to me the most 🙏 permission to go to bed early. Thank you universe 💕
