Late picked & planted winter crop. Will be managed closely to maximise yield and return per ML. Commodity prices may help the gross margins but likely eroded by water price. These photos are disc vs tynne. Disc more reliable establishment but difficult in the wet conditions

Canola crops at 20% flower are currently getting their flowering fungicide applications. This will help suppress black leg and sclerotinia in the irrigated crops prior to full bloom.

Fallow irrigated wheat crops are looking outstanding this season & have been progressing through their growth stages. This field had 109kg/ha of soil nitrogen at planting with no signs of N deficiency to date with no N applied, soil testing helping when urea tight Sam O’Rafferty
