When I moved to Washington 9 years ago, rent for a 3bd/2ba house with a yard was $1050/mo. Adj for inflation that would be $1338 today.

That same house now rents for $3000/mo. This is unsustainable.

Even though the world feels rough, the fact we got FOUR new amazing songs in one month makes things a little bit better.

Many of you are aware of the Spirit Halloween Trilogy, but I’ve been musically celebrating Halloween since 2013. This year, I decided to make a song/video every week in October leading up to our show at The Roxy on Halloween night.

Here’s how that turned out!

Having hand and face tracking on Quest Pro just built-in really is super neat. The latency for the hands definitely feels improved over the Quest 2 too.

Trying out multiple virtual monitors in ImmersedVR with the Quest Pro. The passthrough color keyboard is *so* helpful. Sadly it’s not nearly as low latency as Virtual Desktop (but that doesn’t do multiple monitors I don’t think). But I could see this type of setup being useful.
