Day 1 of the #DSOY competition is a wrap, with competitors being challenged physically with the #ACFT and mentally with a Round Robin skill test followed by preparing and presenting training from the platform in the afternoon. Day 2 will take competitors to new heights.

The Army Combat Fitness Test, #ACFT, is a six-event test that assesses an individual Soldier's physical readiness. Trainees going through #BCT are tested three times prior to graduating to ensure they're capable of meeting the standard before arriving at their first duty station.
