There is a power problem at the Datacenter. Colo4 is aware of the issue and is working to restore service as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, not much news. As we understand it, Colo4 is implementing a temporary/quicker fix to the problem. Not an easy fix though.

Check colo4.com for updates... looks like things are starting to light up on their side. PDUs coming soon...
Switches are starting to respond... not all just yet.
Some dead hardware... please be patient as we go through all of the requests. Note some switches are still down, so please dont reboot.
Several switches and PDUs are still offline. Please be patient. I see a ton of tickets, but I can't respond until we're online.
We are getting through the tickets. All switches now online. Some servers may just need their port reconfigured, so dont reboot.
We're working as fast as we can. We are dealing with several servers that failed while checking on the others...

Our distribution switch failed tonight and has been replaced as a result. Apologies for the extended downtime. An RFO will be provided via the helpdesk.
We are aware of the issue affecting a good section of our network. We are working to restore it as soon as possible.

We are aware of an issue in the network. We are investigating.
Some users have been confused about our network status. The problem in our previous tweet was fixed around 9pm last night.

We are experiencing a large frequency of DDoS, one targeting our own website. We are working on a solution. We appreciate your patience.
Actually, we will be trying once again tonight, to see if we can get it going.

We are having a network-wide issue at the moment. We're working with Juniper to get this resolved ASAP.
