London North Eastern Railway you know when you fail to assist disabled passengers it’s unlawful right? Minimum £1200 compensation for a ONE OFF… this isn’t a one off. Why can’t you get your sht together & function properly? You’re in an industry based on comms & you can’t even get the basics right.

At 22.17 (train got in at 22.02) I decided to crawl off. Had to move all my stuff onto the platform. Member of cleaning staff offered to help. They’re not insured.

Philip Haigh London North Eastern Railway They don't feature it. Because CAF, not wanting to have to redesign their Civity platform, deliberately inflated the price of a level boarding solution such that government weren't willing to pay for it. It's unacceptable, and I agree that it's time for legal action.

To the ableist people who have said I should stay at home, not work, not expect to travel on a bank holiday, not travel on my own…. Ummm not happening

Julian Vaughan Keir Starmer Tanni Grey-Thompson London North Eastern Railway Different rules for different train lines. EMR have just introduced new mobility scooter policy which means that many disabled (including myself) no longer will even be able to get on EMR trains! Conflicting rules, passenger assist not working… it’s all a mess.

Left on the train despite 3 calls/radio confirmation that I’ll be collected. Even with parent arriving at station prior and further confirming my arrival to staff, still the only way I got off was with members of public lifting me. I’m a minor!!When will disabled people matter?

RNIB Tanni Grey-Thompson In the world of train travel nothing surprises me. This week I was "assisted" on to a train that was not going to my destination. I was then left to fend for myself. My 2 train 5 hour journey turned into 4 trains and 7 hours.

I graduated from @UCL today with MA PPE of Health. They hadn't arranged safe wheelchair access to the stage @SouthbankCentre. They knew I'm a wheelchair user. Unlike other graduands I was awarded my degree on the floor. This discrimination is emblematic of my experience there.
