Thrilled to finally be able to share this work with the world! A massive thanks to Sammy Andrzejaczek and David Curnick for leading the team of 171 coauthors to answer key questions about the ecology, conservation, and management of elamobranchs in vertical space🦈↕️🌊 #VerticalSharks
Great presentation by honours student TarynPerrior exploring diet variation in elephant fish using stomach content, stable isotopes, and fatty acids.
Really happy about our paper just out in Trends in Ecology & Evolution, discussing anthropogenic effects on availability of key nutrients. Biomolecules like essential fatty acids may be just as important as energy for affecting phenotypes, fitness, and ecosystems. sciencedirect.com/science/articl…
A MASSIVE respect to everyone presenting at Sharks International when English is your 2nd or 3rd language. 💪🏼
Great to have so many talks and a poster from the lab and collaborators at the recent Sharks International
Congrats Mollie Owens !
Our new OA paper is out in Biology MDPI: tinyurl.com/22rz3y48. We tagged 27 #WhiteSharks 🦈 along the coast of #NewSouthWales, #Australia with 3 different tag types and reveal so far unreported diel patterns in oscillatory diving behaviour. Paul Butcher, SharkSmart
Thanks to these amazing women for all your incredible work and science and for making the lab a better place #InternationalWomenDay Flinders University Marine & Coastal Research Consortium
