Splendiferously carved 12ft high monolithic pillars, erected for the support of the broad ceiling of the pradakshina marga of Shree Adi Keshava Temple, near Marthandam, #Tamilnadu. 🙏🏽 Each of the pillars is mounted by the Virāja and a lady (paricharika) ⬇️

Beautiful Jagganath temple, Jalantar-Gada, Srikakulam,AP (near Berhampur, Odisha). (earlier under Ganjam district, Madras Presidency). Said to be around 300 years old, built uilt by the then Odia Raja of Jalantar estate.

An abandoned Jagganath temple in the beautiful backdrop of Ghodahada hills (then Vijaynagar Gada), Ganjam, Odisha. Built by Raja Padmnabh Ananga Bhim Deb(1693-1731). Later deities were shifted to Digapahandi, the new capital of Bada-khemundi, by Raja Chaitnya Deb in 1806.
