We would like to wish the West Bridgford Colts’ cohort of 1st Year University and Gap Year Students lots of luck for their sleep out this evening to raise much needed funds for the Friary.

We would like to say a big thank you to MKM Building Suppliers for their kind donation of food and clothes this month. All donations received go towards supporting the work of the Friary, providing food parcels, warm meals and a change of clothes.

January 2023 saw Josh embark on a challenge that would see him run a marathon a month to raise money for the Friary . We would like to thank Josh for supporting the Friary and raising an amazing £1,645.

Last week and for the first time in 10 years, we opened the gates to our Friary allotment to welcome visitors from our Drop-In Centre. Our allotment project leaders Ollie and Jen have created a diary of activities from growing, preparing and cooking vegetables to Crafts.

Starting a fund raiser for the Friary which will include entry to the Robin Hood Marathon Events this year as part of 1000 miles of running this year. justgiving.com/page/ben-gray-…

This Saturday 3rd February, sees our first Friary Sale of the year at our Drop-In Centre. The sale will take place from 10am until midday with an entry fee of £1.00. We look forward to seeing you there.

As we prepare for the Fundraising Sale on Saturday, thanks to Big Yellow for the ongoing storage space they provide us. This allows us to store donations in the days and weeks leading up to the sale.

Thank you to Jackie from ForgottenFeet for supporting at our Drop-In session on Monday. Foot problems are a huge concern in the homeless community and the monthly clinics are an invaluable health care provision.

With storage at a premium at our drop-in centre, we remain indebted to Big Yellow for the use of storage space at their Nottingham site.

Please remember our bargain sale at on 13th April at the Friary. It's always a great community event. As we near the day, thanks for the support of Big Yellow where we now have three units storing items for the sale.
