Our final #FALA24 residential day saw the understanding identity and allyship workshop, and planning for success! Ending with an empowering closing ceremony 🤩 We can’t wait to see your progress over the next 12 months! 💙⚽️

Great to have been involved in my 8th FA Leadership Academy this past week! FALA continues to prove what a developmental and impactful programme it is 👏 An absolute pleasure to be a part of it, looking forward to following the participants journey over the next 12 months ✨
