Ridiculous statement by Vicky Kaushal. The west had Napoleon, Julius Caesar, Hadrian, Charlemagne and many other powerful statesmen who were great military leaders. No doubt we Indians also had many great leaders but Kaushal's statement is very jingoistic and erroneous.

Why exactly does Bhavish Aggarwal get so much hate? The number of people being able to do actual R&D and manufacturing in India can be compiled in one A4 sheet. Shouldn't we be backing him instead of putting him down?

A thread on Harappan iconography - I had always wondered why the sacred arch iconography found in the Harappan seals had pipal leaves instead of fire (prabhavali, signifying the tejas or flaming aura of the deities) like we encounter in later Indian iconography.

It seems Vedic texts explicitly links the pipal tree (Ashvattha) with Agni and the Yajnas. This is hinted in relevant passages from Kathaka Samhita of the Yajur Veda and Baudhayana Shrautasutra ritual text of Yajur Veda.

India should exchange these Sri Lankan tamils with the Dravidian Lemurs and Ambedkarite Buddhist larpers. Win win situation I guess.

Hindu hatred is such a fashion in Pakistan that even the scientists despite admitting superiority of ancient Sanskrit Hindu texts as origins of physics & maths want Hindus to be ashamed of themselves. Why?

That the Yamnaya culture was "Aryan", meaning Indo-European, is not in dispute. But that they were the first or original Indo-Europeans is a century-old hypothesis that is still widely assumed though wholly unproven. After 6 decades of OIT dominance, August Schlegel posited /1

Trads may seethe but fact is ISKCON has taken flag of dharma to far off lands that many orthodox gurus, kathavachaks or babas could never even imagine or even wish it did. One big factor of difference is ISKCON rejected dehatism, embraced elitism, & built organization.
