This is absolutely spot on. People think the PL will go soft on City (even though they chose to bring these charges & don't decide the outcome or the sanction). But it's the opposite...from their point of view, they *have* to win. Otherwise their authority is finished.

Just listened to this podcast, worth a listen only 30 minutes. Interestingly when asked to make a prediction, one of the guys reckons the Super League will be back in a few years, but this time with better PR and it will succeed.
