A man who has lost 15 years in prison is on track in #Minnesota for getting his conviction thrown out. A state Conviction Review Unit's investigation determined that Edgar Rene Barrientos-Quintana shows that he could not have been at a murder scene. ow.ly/74vi50T5Oax
