Absolutely disgusted with The AA recovery due for my car today by 2pm no updates to notify me! The car was due to be towed to a garage that will now be closed!!!!

My car went into Harwoods Group Croydon @jaguarlandrover in December! They couldn’t repair it, had it 3 months and I had it towed back to me in this state with my engine all over the back seat!!!! This is the level of service?!! Appalling!! BBC Watchdog

@LandRover_UK vehicle returned to me like this after 2 months of having it! With a dead battery and engine on the back seat. No idea what is missing!! Customer service at its worst! How will u fix this???
