هناك تخوف إثيوبي من ان سقوط بعض نقاط الارتكاز الحدوديه بين إثيوبيا و السودان (الجيش النظامي السوداني) في يد قوات فانو الأمهرية سينشاء بشكل فعلي خط إمداد و تموين من الحدود السودانيه للداخل الإثيوبي يساعد جبهه فانو الأمهرية في حربها ضد أبي احمد.

الإنزال المصري في الصومال هو حدث مهم، و يتجاوز ملفي النيل و البحر الاحمر (مع أهميتهم المطلقه)، و لكن انزال قوات مصريه في الصومال بشكل علني يعني نهايه حقبه طويله دامت لأربعين سنه من التحفظ الاستراتيجي المصري (التعويل علي الحلول الدبلوماسيه مع عدم اللجوء للحلول العسكريه و الأمنيه)

صحيح، الحضور المصري في الصومال ليس لملف السد الاثيوبي فقط بل هو اول خطوة لملئ الفراغ في اهم نقطة عبور متصلة بالمحيط الهندي، واول حضور امام النفوذ الايراني والهندي، ومستوى التحديث العسكري للقاهرة لاسيما قواتها البحرية يسمح لها فرض مصالحها بحضور خشن وبدون صدام قدر الإمكان.

بمناسبه زياره السيسي لتركيا، يبدو ان في ملامح تنسيق مصري تركي مشترك في الصومال. توقيت زيارات العسكريين و الدبلوماسيين الأتراك للقاهره و العكس بيتزامن مع تحركات مصر في الملف الصومالي. و اتمني التنسيق المشترك تجاه السودان (كإمتداد طبيعي للملف الصومالي و أهميته).
