Your service is still POOR. Trains don't stop at every station. From Park Station to Leralla, approximately 20 stations, trains stop at only 2 stations, at Germiston where we get off and get on another train, then stops in Kempton Park, and straight to Tembisa last stop.

I'm sorry PRASA Group, you have beautiful and comfortable trains but your service remains poor. Why do trains from Park Station to Tembisa (approximately 20 stations) stop at only 2 stations? You pay to have security guards at all stations, but trains stop at only two. Why?

I grew up using trains from Tembisa to Park Station and back. My mother taught me early to know trains by their numbers. I knew train number that started with 16 was going to Tembisa and one that started with 05 was bound for Pretoria. I used your service last week, still poor.

What the City of Joburg did at Ellis Park is a PR stunt. It reminds me of their stunt of Aug. 2017 when Thabo Mbeki visited Ivory Park Sec. School. Yoh, that week, Komanie Street looked like Ellis Park, clean and safe. Following week, Komanie street was filthy and unsafe again.
