Really bad insomnia last night, but I have an MRI today, and I always get my best sleep ever in tbe scanning tube.

It's been a lovely week weather-wise, with lots of glorious sunshine, but I've not really had much of a chance to enjoy it. On the one day I have to go on a longer drive in the wheelchair? Well, I'll let the picture speak for itself. English weather at its finest 😂

Hospital appointment today, but it's bollocking down with rain all day. Unfortunately, the most waterproof jacket I have is this one. Not good as I go past the various wards & departments. 😧

Lovely 45 minute nap in the MRI scanner this afternoon (they had to wake me when it was finished) but the gadolinium contrast agent has, as usual, given me a ton of aches, which are keeping me up 😂
