2010: David Cameron, 'I've always supported a predominantly elected House of Lords. I hope that after all the promises of reform, this time we can move towards a predominantly elected second chamber'

2023: David Cameron joins the House of Lords as an unelected bureaucrat

Here is Andrew Neil complaining that a UK media might be owned by an American, who might vote Democrat. The same Andrew Neil who has been the town cryer for Rupert Murdoch his whole career. That’s US citizen, Australian born Murdoch…hypocrisy x 10000s

Andrew Neil the broadcaster( and chair of the Spectator) is a canny observer of the political landscape. But give him a laptop and doubtless a well remunerated column in the Mail and he serves up divisive, ideological and wildly wrong drivel. He knows what his paymasters want.

All this talk about GB news as if it should be taken seriously. It’s an alternative use of the money that would be spent on advertising in the US, which is not allowed in the UK, to drive the right wing Libertarian agenda, nothing more nothing less..

The NI economy is seriously impacted by the duplication of public services in almost every sector. Whose fault is that? Well, it’s ours. We want to maintain the divisions, to vote in politicians who support the status quo. Unless we change nothing will improve.

Funny how the BBC will have Farage on over & over but when Mick Lynch destroyed Tories he was never invited on again. Yeah and they say BBC’s left wing… ok then.

Northern Ireland featured on !! It is still in the UK!! Of course being a Saturday the number of listeners will be about a third of a weekday, but after three weeks it’s better than nothing….

6% of the children in the UK go to public schools (actually private schools) yet 30% of Oxbridge students went there. How come? Because their parents pay for access to the network, not because they are smarter. And they end up in the government…

You do wonder if Oxbridge just lives on its reputation? The number of politicians that have been there yet are unable to think on their feet or sound any way intelligent is astonishing. Of course they take a hugely disproportionate number from public schools, so maybe that’s it?

With nearly three weeks until the election I think that all the politicians and commentators will literally run out of things to say. Studios will be full of people sitting in silence shrugging their shoulders, or chatting about the Euros or their pets…

This woman is Chief Secretary to the Treasury. Yep. The Treasury. And she hasn’t a clue about inflation or public sector debt. It’s actually scary that these people are in government!

Look at Laura Trott's face as she tries to work out what the hell Ewan is talking about. She's like a kid getting their first lesson in addition. 'Now, here's one. And here's another one. So how many do you have now?'
'One?'

Gary Gibbon, 'Basically, the tax cuts come from welfare cuts'

Laura Trott, 'Yep'

Not even hiding it. Shamelessly saying they will cut taxes and fund that by making the poorest and most in need people in our society, poorer and more in need. How can this be anything other than

Can you imagine a right wing newspaper putting an anti-Sunak headline on their app? What’s going on with The Guardian? Several headlines now promoting Tory puff? The only centre left paper? Has it been infiltrated?

As predicted when he announced he was standing the BBC hasn’t enough political programmes to give him the amount of coverage they would like. Look out for him popping up to do the weather, appear on East Enders and be a contestant on Pointless…
