Seeing so many angry responses to Ted Chiang's essay from people who seem to only have read the title.

I'm glad that everyone has now read Ted Chiang's essay and so has caught up on the AI art debate in the Computational Creativity community from a decade ago.

Happy birthday to my personal website, which is now 20 years old! The photo is from 2012 and the last significant update was apparently in 2018. I designed it in Dreamweaver in 2004 and have updated it by manually editing the HTML. Time for a real make-over, I think. Please help

AI is used everywhere, so it's very likely that an AI model will be involved in the next disaster or terrorist attack. Holding the model developer responsible would be like holding Boeing responsible for 9/11.
