If you see a green flashing light on a vehicle, this is a volunteer firefighter responding to an emergency. Please yield to green flashing lights and allow Firefighters to pass quickly and safely. Seconds count.

Did you know we have a drone that can be used to assist personnel with locating people who may be lost on a hiking trail or out on the water? Over the weekend, firefighters completed their on-going drone practical training to keep their skills fresh.

For areas with limited fire hydrants or no hydrant service, fire crews need to shuttle water to the fire scene. This week, our crews trained on various techniques for getting water to a fire that may occur in a rural area.

Thanks to the generous support of local businesses, and in partnership with Community Safety Net, we are able to get fire safety activity booklets into the hands of hundreds of @townoflincolnon children!
