Of course it’s not Mark Dreyfus fault.
Just as the war crimes were nothing at all to do with General Hurley. Or any senior officers.

What is it about #Afghanistan that remains so deeply secret.
Was there direct intervention in an Australian court case by US law/intelligence agency?
Or was it a slavish pre-emptive move by Australia, to disallow evidence supporting Afghan war-crime whistleblower #DavidMcBride ?
‘It makes no sense that Gen A. Campbell can acknowledge all those who spoke to the Inquiry, who helped expose these war crimes, yet at the same time David McBride faces 50 yers in prison for sharing the same information.’ change.org/p/save-our-aus…
'This is injustice of the highest order.' Human Rights Law Centre statement on the Attorney-General's last-minute national security intervention to deny David McBride his whistleblowing defence hrlc.org.au/news/2022/10/2…
Great turnout at the ACT Supreme Court for a rally to protest the prosecution of whistleblowers. David McBride (David McBride) goes on trial today for telling the truth about Australian wrongdoing in Afghanistan. Whistleblowers should be protected, not punished and prosecuted.
BREAKING: MCBRIDE PUBLIC INTEREST DISCLOSURE CASE DISCONTINUED.
David McBride legal team pulled out after the Court refused to allow expert witnesses.
Simply appalling. No justice here. They will wait for the trial.
