South Carolina's amended NIL law has passed as originally written in regards to promoting gun/ammunition companies.

Athletes can't do it, along with adult entertainment, alcohol, gambling, etc.

For those of you in the sports world, SC's NIL amendments passed the Senate on third reading 26-16 earlier today. Now goes back to the House and, presumably, the Governor's desk.
