Q: What's a favorite memory of track and field?

A: Making it to state my sophomore year in both the 3200 and 1600 with personal records alongside my former teammate, Izzy Roemer.

Watch this great run by D1 commit Juriad Hughes Jr past weekend with a 22.12 200m at Nike Nationals in NYC. Unfortunately, he was scratched for the touching line. At the national level they have to be technical.

How are we feeling?

First day of track practice! We did our traditional stations day to start things off. It was fun to see our athletes getting after it and getting to know each other. Looking forward to a fun 2024 season!

Great first day of practice!

We had over 110 athletes and we’ve got room for more! It’s not too late to join; go ahead and get registered tonight!

See you at tomorrow at 2:45 in the weight room (runners), 3:00 in the back gym (throwers), and 3:30 in the main gym (full team)!

What a glorious day to start the 2024 season and it felt incredible to be outside on the first day! So great to see everyone all together again!

Kicked the year off with Wacky Relays as always and I failed to get any pictures besides the ones below 🤦‍♂️
