'We're glad that our📣voices are heard & decisions are made based on our priority needs & recommendations,” said a refugee from Karabakh during the meeting with refugees organised in Aparan🇦🇲by UNHCR, Mission Armenia NGO, state & community officials & Aparan's social support center.
