Yet another day wasted because of npm and the JS/TS ecosystem. Trying to install mocha as a devDependency, and `npm ci` fails because I'm not on osx.

Did not realize nonce was added to 3074 a few months back. Imo this makes it way less useful Prevents a ton of use cases like standing limit orders and social recovery Permit2 uses a nonce bitmap and non-incrementing nonces to allow revocation without forcing it on every tx

Has anyone glued AI together with libfuzzer?

Because it's making the rounds again, as an author of EIP-3074 I should restate that at the time I was an employee of Mesh/ConsenSys. Now I'm at the EF. I'm also an active EIP Editor. If anyone points out any more potential conflicts of interest, I'll make sure to mention them.
