July 31st my mom was denied checking in & boarding on Delta flight 4990 in Toronto because the agent claimed she needed a visa to enter her final destination of Zambia. We have proof that this information is INCORRECT and have provided that to the airline. But still no rebooking

My mom is a Canadian passport holder and does NOT need a visa to enter Zambia. Yet it is still 5 days later and we do not have a rebooking for her! I have been bounced back and forth between Delta and Kenya Airways and the travel booking website Hop2 Travel with no solution.

Furthermore here is a video showing what happens when she tries to apply for said visa. It doesn’t even put you though an application process & why should it? Bc you don’t need 1 in the first place. @delta Kenya airways Hop2 Travel you need to do better. Rebook her immediately!
