My 2024 North Salish Sea field season with The Kelp Rescue Initiative and Project Watershed is all wrapped up. We completed a whole summer of pre-restoration biodiversity surveys. This winter we will out-plant 4 sites with bull kelp, and then compare habitat use and biodiversity as the kelp grows!
