Per PHS head coach James Reynolds, Carter McCollum has passed the 1000 yard mark just 5 games into the season. My incomplete records of Pickens Football have Rudy Hayes’ 1954 season with the highest single season mark at 1,896 yards, but Carter is well on his way to topping that.
