At practice today Pope worked on building teammates out of individuals, as well as D drills, Including ZONE drills😎. After Mark Pope intro’d the guys to one of the most important people for the program. Max Appel has basically been the unofficial chaplain since 90’s. #BBN

Awesome night at Rupp Arena. Had about 60-65 former Kentucky Men’s Basketball players get to watch what Pope & his new guys have accomplished in a grand total of 30 hours of practice. #BBN

The 2024-25 Kentucky Wildcats have showed up to support La Familia in The Basketball Tournament.

As a father of a son that is developmentally disabled Thank You Mark Pope for taking the time to make those kids day!! Most people will not realize what that meant to them!

Apologies to Vinny and Terry for missing the show last night. Had a close family member in the hospital since Saturday and was taking them home last night. Had completely forgotten about being on Cats Talk Wednesday. Hope I can be on next week.

He’s doing better. Got him home and comfortable and a Physical Therapist from Commonwealth Home Health came yesterday. She was amazing and we saw a lot of improvement. Now dad has to do his therapy homework. 😊
