BREAKING: 🗣 Caltech admin has backed out of our TA on Grievance and Arbitration, making changes post-facto b/c they claimed they hadn’t read the article carefully enough. 🚨 This change violates bargaining standards set by the NLRB; such “regressive bargaining” is unlawful.
