We learned today that 1 in 9 children live in households affected by the two-child limit. It is a cruel cap on vital, means-tested support. It can and must be removed.

This is what the two-child limit means for the 1.6 million children it affects. It arbitrarily caps vital means-tested support, and pushes families into poverty. It can and must be repealed.
