Dragons Cup final here we come !!!! Great effort from the team Beaufort RFC🐂🏉 u16s to beat Caldicot u16s in the semi's on Sunday at Ystrad Mynach. The final will be held on Saturday 18th May 2024 at Rodney Parade, Newport. Ashley Clease

Well done boys. To lose in the semi-finals of the plate is a massive achievement against the best schools in Wales. Plenty of ice, rest up well and we go again in the Dragons Plate Final soon. 💪👏👏🏉

Brecon Titan completed 2024. Bike leg was horrendous with rain and storms. Had to dig in very deep at times, but was able to finish the hardest 70.3 around. 🏊‍♀️🚴‍♂️🏃‍♂️💪

Ironman 70.3 Swansea completed. Tough old day racing with heat being a main factor. The run was absolutely sweltering, and taking a wrong turn on the bike didn't help either. Both Ironman Wales races now done, and I'm done too !!!!!🤣 140.6 and 70.3 #alwaysonemore 🖕
