1) Hustle from moment you enter the grass
2) Lead by example ( voice only if natural)
3) Every Rep is full speed fundamentals
4) Get extra and pre and post practice reps with struggling receivers and RBs
5) Celebrate good plays by DBs

Struggling in Pass Protection With a matchup or blitzes?
Do this:
1) Add an extra OL and Slide or Gap your protection
2) Add a running and OL action slide
3) Use “ Super Big” sets with only 1 or 2 receivers and block with every one else ( double and triple team )
4) Big Set RPO

Coaches/Players Daily Duty to self and Team:
1)Look in mirror and give honest self evaluation (am I fair, honest, ethical, a good leader and teammate…if not fix yourself…if so…continue
2)Ask who needs a compliment…then find a way to give them one
3)Give gratitude
4)Rehab

Game 1 over…Do this:
1) Fix what’s broken with details and fundamentals
2) Don’t panic ( you’re not as bad as u look)
3) Don’t celebrate ( you’re not as good as you look)
4) Coaching really matters NOW ( adjust)
5) 1 on 1 meetings with players and coaches
6) Get healthy
