Using BirdBrain Technologies and Micro:bit Educational Foundation to determine when goals are made, this group made a slightly over-engineered tabletop air hockey game. Powered by 2 box fans and designed their 3D printed pucks and paddles (thx Snapmaker) Love the ingenuity. They are making things move.

End of the year project - students made their own puzzles and embedded their Chinese animation in the design by using NFC. Super fun project that collects #makered, #coding and #chinese #language skills!! #Innovation #edtech

To support the #textile #design next school year, #MYP #design students are using laser cut weaving looms to make their own fabric. They are using different types of threads to make different types of fabric by themselves. Everyone loves this project! #makered #innovation

The last week of school year kicked off with creative #3D cookie cutters and package designs from #MYP students in their #globalization unit. Students designed their products on Tinkercad and Canva for Education - my colleagues and I are so proud of the final outcomes! #edtech #innovation

Final #maker project of the year - a record player with vinyls 💿, this has been on my list for a while! I chose two of my kid’s fav songs (yes she has a good music taste). The record player even has a little cute drawer! So happy for the outcome and now ready for #summer!
