Wow. This seems incredibly retrograde step, given the constant struggle for fact-based analysis in public debate on Europe. UKICE needed now more than ever.

I have been immensely proud of what we have achieved, what we have done for promoting social science and for the creation of an amazing team who delivered innovative events and impartial reports explaining Brexit and beyond.

🔥 This is alarming. Absolutely bizarre decision that UKICE should not continue- especially when the new government has explicitly declared rebuilding with Europe to be a priority. UKICE has been a superb source of policy research & analysis for 10 years. Vital it can continue.
