Don't attempt suicide. You'll end up in hospital, go through even more pain, get discharged, then wonder what the hell you're still alive for. All your hope and plans and dreams disappear and need to magically be rebuilt out of thin air. So don't attempt #suicide.

Compassion fatigue in the NHS is a spiralling paradox. I am tired of helping others, yet want help, in order to help others. There is nowhere in the UK where burnt out NHS staff can go to recover from their desire to help others, other than psychiatric hospitals or suicide.

A judge I work with recently said they are not going to complain against an NHS Trust because it will open up "a whole world of pain." Those 5 words say a lot, I think.

The Royal Berkshire Hospital did not acknowledge the FTSU issues I raised. Instead I was gaslit & threatened to the point of suicide.
